Once the store closes, all orders will be collected and sent into production. At that point, we are unable to make any changes or adjustments to orders, so please double-check your selections before submitting.

If any items you’ve ordered are affected by manufacturer backorders or stock issues, we will contact you directly. Please also note that sizing charts are provided for general reference only and may not reflect individual fit preferences.

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

You can expect to be contacted by email to arrange pick-up in approx. 2-3 weeks from store closes.

*Please take note Embroidery (Toque) orders will be a longer turnaround.
